Meet the Team

Sean is the Co-Owner, along with Ryan and Jonathan, of Tiago Title, where he serves as President and General Counsel. As a Texas and Colorado licensed attorney, Sean is also the Managing Partner of SCJW, PLLC, a law firm specializing in real estate, corporate, and transactional matters. Sean represents real estate agents and brokers, developers, private investors, entrepreneurs, and private financial institutions in both residential and commercial transactions. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase and sale contracts, loan documents, closing and conveyance documents, lease agreements, and corporate operating agreements. He also has extensive experience examining and performing due diligence on property title issues, as well as advising on general corporate matters, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and the drafting of partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements. Many clients choose to work with Sean because of his integrity, experience, and expertise.

Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating with Honors from Southern Methodist University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he received the Scholastic Excellence Award for earning the highest grades in Constitutional Law and Antitrust Law.  He frequently authors legal articles on real estate and title insurance-related matters and regularly speaks at seminars and teaches a variety of continuing education classes. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in the state.

An enthusiastic member of his community, Sean actively volunteers with various local charitable organizations. He also enjoys mentoring students on professional development and entrepreneurship.

Sean and his wife, Brigitte, have three beautiful children. Together, they love traveling and enjoy outdoor adventures.
