Meet the Team

Sean is Co-Owner, along with Ryan and Jonathan, of Tiago Title, and serves as its President and General Counsel. He is also Managing Partner of SCJW, PLLC, a law firm specializing in real estate, corporate, and transactional matters. Sean represents real estate agents and brokers, real estate developers, private investors, entrepreneurs, and private financial institutions in both residential and commercial transactions.  His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase/sale contracts, loan documents, closing and conveyance documents, lease agreements, and corporate operating agreements. Sean's experience also includes examining and performing due diligence on property title issues and general corporate representation, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and the drafting of partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements. Many clients choose to work with him because of his integrity, experience, and expertise.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, graduating with Honors, from Southern Methodist University and a Juris Doctorate degree from University of Denver Sturm College of Law, receiving the Scholastic Excellence Award for the highest grade in Constitutional and Antitrust Law.

He frequently authors legal articles on various real estate and title insurance-related matters, and regularly speaks at seminars and teaches a variety of continuing education classes. He has been named a Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine, a distinction given to no more than 2.5% of all lawyers in the state.

Sean is an enthusiastic member of his community, serving as Co-Chair of the Generation Generosity Committee of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and frequently spends time with various local charitable organizations in giving back to our local community. Additionally, Sean enjoys mentoring students on professional development at local Charter Schools, such as, KIPP Academy.

Sean, and his wife Brigitte, have three beautiful children. Along with his love for family, he and Brigitte love to travel and enjoy any outdoor adventurous activity.
